We often hear stories that just a few minutes of activity are good for our body every day, and one girl has decided to try it.

Kristen Domonell worked exactly ten times a day and recorded the five conclusions she reached. Based on that, we heard the expert's assessment.

She was more energetic

Kristen was usually stunned tomorrow, and during the day she introduced pushies in the morning routine, she felt more energetic even before coffee.


"It's something that will happen to you if you make day-to-day dosing because exercise increases your heartbeat, breathing speed and body temperature, which contributes to making you feel full energy," said Jessica Metjuz, Senior Fitness and Health Advisor.

"After a month of push-ups, I did not have hands like Michelle Obama, but I noticed a slight change in definition," Kristen said.

Metjuzova said that the visible changes after a month of exercise depend on one person to person.
 


Her body was stronger

"Strengthening the arm and the chest is the first thing to do with the joints, but if you do it right, the whole body is beneficial," says Matthews.


- It was hard for her to do even five straight shots, but it was easier for her in time. The relief she felt day by day is the result of two principles: the principle of progressive load and the principle of specificity - Jessica explained.

Even after three weeks there was a day when she felt that it was almost impossible to make a series of 10 bumps. However, it is absolutely normal for the body to feel different from day to day.
  
Since the stresses are positive stress for the body, it is important to give the body time to recover, especially if the conclusions are novelty in your routine. But recovery does not mean the whole day spent on the couch - she explained to the end of Jessica Matthews.
